Thanks to its special expertise, BETA BEAMS is able to provide electron generators adapted to different industrial needs.

The generated electrons will deposit a certain dose (i.e. amount of energy deposited per unit of mass, expressed in Gray). Depending on this dose, different applications may be possible such as gemstone coloring, art conservation, ink drying or polymerization.

Polymerization is the process of improving the physical and chemical properties of polymer materials, such as plastic. The mechanism underlying this operation is the creation of chemical bonds between the polymer chains that make up the material.
